We are a folk theatre group based in South Central England. We aim, in our humble way, to reveal the rich cultural tradition of these islands of ours – their stories, myths, legends and customs – that is the birthright of us all.

Although our performances are drawn from ancient sources, we have brought them up to date, to show that, over the centuries, most things for most people don’t really change. Even dragons still exist, if you know where to look.

We are always looking for feedback, ideas, suggestions etc., so why not tell us what you think?

Why carnival of crows?

We like corvids. They are sociable, intelligent and clever, and they’ll borrow anything nice and shiny (in fact, they remind us of us). We like Carnival. There aren’t enough festivals left in this modern world, so we are busily bringing a few back from the brink of extinction.

This is a temporary page, a full website is in the making as soon as I have a bit of time to work on it. We are currently too busy building beasts!

For more information or to make any comments you may contact us at crows@fibrefolk.co.uk, again this address in temporary, pending proper configuration of our domain.
